HISTORY:
Maccoll Wedding Photography was established in 2008 by award-winning Australian fashion photographer Andrew Maccoll. Born to a photographer father and film maker mother, Andrew has always had a passion for photography. After graduating from Griffith University in Brisbane, Andrew went on to work for national newspapers and magazines. He then focused on fashion and advertising, and has since shot nationwide campaigns for some of Australia's top labels and brands. In 2008 he used his years of experience to develop a wedding photography business. Combining a press and high end fashion editorial style, Andrew created a new way of shooting which is now unique to the Maccoll Weddings brand.
As his photography became more in demand, Andrew began working with a group of well-established photographers, teaching them his unique style to create the perfect team and Maccoll Weddings was born. Maccoll wedding photographers continue to work hard together to develop new image concepts and find great shoot locations. They have earned a hard working reputation, and have caught the eye of big wedding brands including Cosmo Bride and Complete Wedding for their innovative creative vision and artistic ideas.

Maccoll photographers will meet with you prior to your wedding to discuss your needs and wishes to ensure your perfect day is fulfilled.
From preparation to ceremony and reception a documentary view is taken. This enables Maccoll photographers to work around your day and your guests, to capture real heart-felt moments in a relaxed, natural style. An editorial style is then taken for the bridal party portraits. Set in your choice of breathtaking landscapes and beautiful scenery, these images are filled with special friendships, great laughs and radiant beauty.
When finished, a selection of your pictures will be uploaded to an online gallery for you and your friends to view. You will then receive a colour corrected, high resolution disc of all of your photos from your day, in colour and black and white.
